Chef and owner Eric Tonips is a celebrated culinary talent with a reputation for delivering world-class dining experiences to elite clientele across Dallas–Fort Worth and beyond. His work has been featured twice in Dallas Indulge Magazine, and he has served as Team Chef for the Texas Rangers, exclusive caterer for the Dallas Cowboys.
Eric’s creativity and competitive edge earned him a finalist spot on the Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games with Chef Guy Fieri. Known for his precision, flavor-driven approach, and high-performance hospitality, he is also a trusted personal chef to DFW’s premier athletes across MLB, NFL, NBA, PGA, NHL, and MMA.
